I saw a few people wearing them in Cornwall with no other accompanying pirate garb? :eh:

By accident? Or is this what passes for sport down south?

If the latter please inform Brooke-Hitchings. https://www.waterstones.com/book/fox-to ... 1471148996

It was kind've a badger shovel thing, but I couldn't find a shovel and had to improvise in the moment.

Bloody cats, can't finish what they start. That's the real issue.

Cleared out/tidied a significant portion of the shed.

It's not my stuff, but if I do it it helps with the 'option paralysis', and I'd really like some dedicated 'garden stuff' storage. Not to mention it's the start of being able to also fully reclaim the garage, which is my main aim. It's like a sliding tiles game round here.

The problem with building the workshop meant that only some of the stuff from the shed and the garage moved into it. So now there's three places with 'stuff' in, instead of two 😭 It's been two years now, so I'm making a stand 😆

I massively failed my mock exam yesterday for the manœuvres and all the other ‘brain/remembering’ stuff. I was last of 8 so had been waiting around 4 hours, stressing myself, trying to remember/repeat stuff

FUBAR’d that with some style. 7 points. 17 required to pass. But worse, one section was so bad that I was eliminated, so the points basically didn’t count anyway

At lest I did better on the driving than I expected (after all the criticism of the last few weeks!).

Today and tomorrow is about revising for the highway code exam on Monday. And trying to organise my thoughts and a different way to « take in for repeat » for the fiches orales

Caught Ryanair trying to cheat passengers.
Slapped her (pre-weighed) luggage onto the scales and it registered 24+kg.
Now previously it weighed 19.5kg, so I was a tad surprised, the 'lovely' lady behind the counter had already worked out the excess fare when I noticed the previous bag was just resting on the edge of the scale.
A swift kick and lo and behold we're 19.5 again ......... much to the dismay of the check in girl!

Jetwashed. Everything in sight 😱

Washed the parents caravan (not with the jetwash), as it lives at ours and was looking a bit green.

Snuck a final mow in too. 👍

Ridden the MTB on Dartmoor this morning, followed by a trip into Tavistock

Fell asleep :o :o :o

I did some revision, sorted a load of paperwork and then settled to start creating crib sheets for the Fiche Orales - figured that writing them out (alright, on the computer, but still) would help learn them and then I can go to the office tomorrow to print them out! Only I kinda fell asleep!

I've actually been asleep all afternoon which is a first for a very very long time! LOL

So, now to do one or two more of the learning sheets then see if I can sleep tonight.

Maybe extra sleep will help me learn more - maybe!!

I've decided I'm off out on the bike tomorrow - I'll take 'no chance of rain' at the moment :)
