I'm pleased for the lad, but a bit confused.
He's currently 6th in BSB, 100 points behind his team mate.
Then suddenly gets one of the best rides in WSB.
I'm sure many other seasoned WSB riders will be jealous.

I hope he gets a decent amount of time to prove himself,I think he'll need it.

There is a yawning chasm between the level of BSB and any world series,there's been few of late to successfully make the jump. Just look at results from past BSB champs, Taz Mackenzie,Brad Ray and Tommy Bridewell.

Who was the last BSB winner to conquer WSBK,Hodgson,Bayliss and that was over 20 years ago.
