The first and only time I've tasted Red Bull was when I was handed a free can from Sean Emmett (remember him?) It tasted like pish to me.
Used to drink it with vodka back in the early 2000's as it was a popular drink at the time. Taste was OK but I'd not be able to sleep and in the mornings I'd wake up with heart palpations so canned that pretty quick. Back then energy drinks used to be small now they are 500ml. Fuck that.

Not just sugar - loads of caffeine as well. Vile muck.

True, but RB also has Taurine in it as well. Personally I just cannot stomach the taste, irrespective of the ingredients. It's the last thing I'd be drinking after competing in any kind of race, let alone MotoGP. Just give me water...

I doubt (m)any of the sponsored riders/drivers/athletes are drinking it after their events - they have branded cans of water for the interviews!

I wanted to show some class.

I had them in Germany, they used little miniature jagermeister bottles instead of shot glasses. I assumed that was the reason for the naming difference.

Mmmmm. If Sean had given you something, then he was keeping the better stuff for later.

Because it's violence in a green bottle.

Yes, I got an email from my KTM dealer offering a whole raft of KTM and Gas-Gas bikes VAT-free. So 20% off across the board...

Probably a strong contingent of folk who don't care how much a thing is,they just want it and buy it.

KTM do the big sale thing almost every year, remember a few years ago when everyone bought 390s for half a shilling.
