How to upgrade you Japanese bike licence

Came across this video about upgrading your Japanese bike licence so that you can ride bikes bigger than 400cc. Not sure what the real world benefits would be but it's how they do things in Japan -

Blundering about trying not to make too much of a hash of things.

It's such an impressive facility they have & there's some actually very useful stuff that gets taught/assessed.

It's interesting how much emphasis they seem to place on slow speed control exercises. And I'm not clear why they think that should be the focus for bigger bikes.
