I wouldn't mind having a go on it but the styling details leave me cold I'm afraid. Snake scales in the valve tops? Olive wood number board? Nah.

The handlebar grips are made from banksia nuts. That's a tree and not an animal, just to clarify for any vegans reading.

I can admire some of the workmanship and I like the unusual aspect of detailing a mudplugger, but happily from a safe distance.

An excuse to post A quick death in Texas, what a song!
Odd bike. Part bare bones off roader, part wanky suede seat, wood number boards etc

From a distance it looks OK, the seats obviously designed for an Umpa Lumpa but that doesn't bother me, some people just have short arses.
But then close up, the numberplate looks like it's been smeared during a prison dirty protest, the Banksy nut grips, novelty valve caps yada yada yada
Looking on the bright side, most of the shit details look easy to swap out leaving n OK looking Aermachi (sp?).

If I had it all the themed stuff would go and it'd get rebranded as an Aermacchi - it's not really an HD and that adds a bit of continental something or other.demographic wrote: ↑Thu Aug 29, 2024 1:31 pm From a distance it looks OK, the seats obviously designed for an Umpa Lumpa but that doesn't bother me, some people just have short arses.

I quite like the Banksy nut idea though. (I've got a few that have been machined into an egg shape, an apple shape and sliced into coasters). V strange things.

The first couple of pics quite literally made me smile - in a nice way - but I liked it less with every new details from the later pics.
Plus the kerning looks off on the lettering on the tank, unforgivable.

Absolutely love it. A unique and stylish approach to the common hipster bike theme. Good job as those Americans say..
