I really like what they've done here, but the biggest improvement is in the frame. Just compare and contrast the difference between the original Zed frame and AC Sanctuary's braced and improved version...

Yeah, looking at that it just looks a like a slightly rubbish modern bike. The sort of thing which lingers on but which they really should have stopped making years ago.
