It seems like he's been around forever. Isn't it time to consider retirement?

Hmm. Some folk who know more than us, think he's still got something to offer.

Yes but he's been bloody awful for several years. I think it says more about the depth of the field than it does about what results he'll end up with.

He had the best bike on the grid and didn't win.

2023 he was 14th overall and over 500 points behind the winner

2022 was somewhat better finishing 8th overall

I'd expect Redding to show better results on a Ducati,I know it was some time ago,but he was a title contender before he took the headstaggers and left for BMW.
Toprak is making the whole grid look average, not just the other BM riders,so if you remove the Turk from any comparison Redding may still be up at the front on occasion on a Duc.

He'd do ok if on the factory bike, battling for 3-6 place regularly, on the non factory maybe 3-10. He'd probably throw in a podium here or there, I guess it depends on what's expected or wanted.

Apparantley he was mooching about in the Cadwell BSB paddock this weekend, maybe covering his options and looking for a ride back there?

Well FHO have said that Brookes doesn’t have a seat there next year so I wouldn’t be that surprised to see Redding slotted in there as WSB seats look unavailable
