As I may have mentioned, I work as a parking attendant at Weston sea front.
Today, I saw an adult on a kids motorbike, with a kid sat on the tank, riding down the pavement, in and out of pedestrians. I called the Rangers, but he then turned and came back towards me at 15 to 20mph. So I stopped him, and pointed out that he couldn't do that....
He started abusing me, on the basis that if he had fallen off, it would be my fault that I had put his kid at risk.......I got a few mouthfuls off him before he rode off towards the main road .
How is it my fault if he doesn't have skill or control...on an uninsured, unlicensed and illegal bike on the pavement?

We have Park Rangers up here who wear green what must piss off the local Glasgow Rangers fans I phoned them once as a bunch of twats were trying to hunt deer with slings and an angry dog. I was told it was a police matter and when i phoned them there were not interested either. I should have said they are calling each other nasty names and they would have been out like a shot.
