So - the Pace Guard Tour jacket was returned to Vines yesterday, we'll see what they reply. Given that the sleeve vent is inoperable, the salesman I dealt with is going to use that flaw as the main reason for the return.

This 'back to the manufacturer' business is standard practice but your contract is with the RETAILER, not the manufacturer. The shop should refund / replace themselves, not fob you off with "we'll see what they say".

I learned that one the hard way.
