Swmbo received a txt from NW about fraudulent activity, then we get an automated phone call.
She has no clue as to her PIN as it's purely for emergencies and the booking of holidays.
So with due diligence, I get the NW contact no. from the internet rather than the 'click here'.
NW have no record of FA on the account, and are surprised that they'd been spoofed good and proper.
Just wondering how they knew her name, mobile and last 4 digits of CC, and how they can join an existing message stream.
New card on the way though, just in case

The last 4 digits of a card are written on till receipts, easiest part to get hold of. I'd look at the holiday company giving it out.
