In my mind it makes more sense to have the downforce on the unsprung bits so it doesn't compress the suspension the faster you go.

Oh and it's looks fucking shite.

Simple rule to get rid of it - no mudguard bodywork can protrude past a line drawn vertically through the centre of the front wheel spindle.
There is no cloud, just somebody else's computer.
