Leftover oak beam end, drill a few holes and start a fire.
Kept burning all night, was quite impressed.

My cats chase bugs around the garden, they're always catching and eating mozzies and flys.
Not a fucking chance with the dragon flies though They've met their match.

I know who it is but in that shot he looks more like my mate Phil (a few years ago) than the actual chap.

Re: utterly random picture thread.
Nah, I just watched a lot of American stuff like, On any Sunday, CHiPs, Happy Days and Easy Rider etc. I'd go to pre 65 trails and scrambles and was told stories of Rockers and Cafe Racers. Bikes were varied and meets ups full of different folk looking at everyone's bikes. I remember Superbike mag and riders specials, but then it got all 600 shoot out, bench racing in the pub and people walking round awkwardly in crouching humpback leathers and biking became, well, more divisive I suppose? Each to their own, but seeing that pic was lovely and evocative of a bygone era and how i like to think of biking.

I still ride to the shops in shorts and flip flops.
Still ride Portimao showing 178 on speedo.
Still crash/tumble my enduro bike every week

Did you buy Easyriders Mag also???? Almost a porn mag back in the early 80's. Bit like BSH but better.Taipan wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 11:16 pm

No, but when I did a bit of dispatching they were certainly on our waiting room table.Felix wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 12:06 amDid you buy Easyriders Mag also???? Almost a porn mag back in the early 80's. Bit like BSH but better.Taipan wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 11:16 pm

No wonder the puppy has been a tad fractious. Two recently vacated holes in the gum and a new tooth cutting through.
