New GSXR1000.

Not so long ago they said they were scrapping the GSXR1000. But this new one looks cool.

It is dead... everywhere that has strict emission standards.

That doesn't include the US, where you can still buy stuff like DR650's and DRZ400's.

Dunno. Just seen it. In 80s they had them as anti dive thingies. Not sure what these are. Will add to unsprung weight

Looks a bit like the arrangement featured in that footage on the GS1300 only, iirc, that was on the rear shock. :hmmm:

More like spare fuel tanks! It'll take me a while to get used to seeing them on bikes. Although they could be on every other sports bike I don't look at them anyway! :D

The little cylinders are equivalent to the reservoirs rear shocks have had for decades.
