New neighbours moved in and said they were very private and put a new fence up, but even though the existing one was theirs, they never took it down just stuck that one up.

I have a theory that those model yachts you see in houese windows are the new sign. Once you start to notice them there's quite a few around. (I think the couple that lived in this house before us had one too!).
