Not really paying much attention to the various Trump trials, but one thing I did notice is the judge & prosecution in the hush money trial have both lied to the jury by telling then that the pay off was illegal. It's not in any way illegal.
If he's gets found guilty, he will win on appeal.

To be found guilty on any of the 39 counts, he must first be guilty of the underlying crime or all 39 counts go out the window. The prosecution & judge never said what the underlying crime was until yesterday. (& I'm still not sure what that was).
