Not usually a fan of that frame but I like that.
I wish they'd all include a pic with someone sat on the bike so you can see how they actually sit when loaded up though.

It would look better with twin headlights & Classic Suzuki blue & white paintwork

I could list all the things wrong with it and I'd be here for hours, but the most jarringly obvious is the nonsensical and potentially hazardous) clutch cable routing.
There is no cloud, just somebody else's computer.

That looks right to me, the other thing just isn't worthy of comment.

If you search for images of Suzuki world endurance bikes over the years a lot of them look 'Right'demographic wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 5:54 pmThat looks right to me, the other thing just isn't worthy of comment.

I'd done two seasons of sidecar racing as a passenger in those leathers, they were scuffed to fuck. You just can't tell in a low res pic.
The Handroids were pretty new, they were too bulky for the grab handles on the outfit.

Although it says its a 1989 the paintjob looks more like an 88.Bustaspoke wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 8:34 pmIf you search for images of Suzuki world endurance bikes over the years a lot of them look 'Right'demographic wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 5:54 pmThat looks right to me, the other thing just isn't worthy of comment.
On the 89 the blue on the fairing doesn't come to a point, it continues onto the front mudguard whereas the 88 fairing blue comes to a point only just in front of the front indicator then there's a patch of white between it and the mudguard which is the same blue as the 89.
I only know this cos mines an 89 and a mate used to own an 88.
Not got any pice of mine on this phone so heres some of't internet to show what I mean.
89...
88...
As for em riding like an old bike? Yup, they're old, no surprises there then.
Thing is, I've never once bought a bike for anyone else so as long as I like it thats good enough for me.
Could argue the same thing about a vintage bike, the people who own em like em for what they are, not for what some journalist/internet bod says they should be.
