Tonight: A friend's son's 18th party tonight - a dry one for me as I'm DD. Could be a loooong 2 hours
Tomorrow: Need to fix the indicator wire that decided to break on the Triumph on Wednesday and then look at the rear brake light switch which has stopped working since the MOT. Hoping the new neutral switch turns up too so I can sort that. I think I've pulled the forks too far through the yokes by 5mm so will look at sorting that too. :banana-wrench:
Sunday: Dry enough in the morning to make it worth a quick run out on the Triumph assuming I don't break something fixing the other things on Saturday. If it's wet it might be time to get the Guzzi ready for MOT as I need the lower seat height of it compared to the Triumph until I get my bad hip looked at.
Monday: Again the morning looking dryish so either another spin on the Triumph or a local E/MTB ride depending on how the hip is feeling

Driving up to Oban today for the ferry home.

Tomorrow will be emptying the van and back to the usual house garden shed routine.

It'll be good sleeping in my own bed again.

Tonight: getting me and the bike ready for tomorrow - annual NW200 trip. The usual 3 of us, we’ll miss Gixxer Geddon John who died last year (85). Cornwall to Birkenhead for Sat night ferry, then up the N Antrim coast via traditional stop offs at Cushendun, Ballintoy to Sizzlin Sausage for Ulster fry. Then Benone for nearly 10 days. Can’t beat it. One more sleep….

Those box vans are more difficult to get bikes in and out of than a standard van with a ramp. The idea was to take the vfr but while I could get it on the lift, I couldn't then manipulate it safely in and out of the van...

Use a ramp to ride up to the platform, then straight into van
