To be found guilty on any of the 39 counts, he must first be guilty of the underlying crime or all 39 counts go out the window. The prosecution & judge never said what the underlying crime was until yesterday. (& I'm still not sure what that was).

Plus the defence bought in an expert witness on campaign finance laws.. & the Judge wouldn't let him explain the law to the jury.

Every time the defense said "objection" it was over ruled. Every time the Prosecution said it, it was sustained.

The ENTIRE deal hinges on Cohen's testimony.. & over the past few weeks he admitted to lying on the stand during the trial.

He also claimed "This is what Schiller said during our phone call"
And then stated what was said. (claimed it was about the pay off)
Defense wanted to call Schiller as a witness & the Judge wouldn't allow it.. Then Schiller appeared on TV stating that Cohen lied about what was said during the phone call... Said Cohen called him about being prank called by some 14yo girl, nothing to do with Trump at all.
DA changed misdemeanors to felonies to get around the statute of limitations (which passed years ago)
