His driveway might fall to bits if a screw has fallen out.

There doesn't appear to be a slot or anything in the screw head.
A trip to the dump was always fraught and I tried to park as far away from the wood container as poss because, although the crew swept quite often, there seemed to be a lot of pointy stuff fall out of things between cars and container.

It's one of those square socket screws. I forget what they're called.

Cheers. Never heard of or seen them before. Seems like a good idea. (Also called Scrulox apparently).

No photos but we had an unexpected sunny day here - forecast was solid rain as late a yesterday - so after getting home this afternoon I did a few short trips to pick up various bits from various shops. Just nice to be out on a bike, only the third time this year....!

1200 Scrambler out today and doing part of the West Sussex TT route ( well, Whiteways cafe and Bury Hill)
900 Speed Triple out yesterday ( I haven't been able to ride it for 10 or so months due to a fractured hand and fucked carburators - so yesterday it was drive it everywheres a 8k revs.
It liked it !
Didn't stop for photos

I ordered some new levers the other week, they finally turned up this afternoon after Royal Mail 24 took 7 days to deliver them
...
After fitting them I decided to go for a test run to see if I had adjusted them to where I wanted.

Lovely sunny evening so I ended up doing 30 miles & got caught in a light April shower at one point

I took the SV to the seaside earlier, sunny Southport.Took the back road home across the moss,no traffic

The weather's been so rubbish that I've only done 360 miles on it.Looks like we'll get a dry day this week so the plan is to finally get to Devil's Bridge on it.
I want it run in & the 1st service done next week, just need it to stop pissing down for a few days
