Rick Brett's Triples

Post by Skub »

The video itself moves around a lot and it difficult to watch at times, but the content is staggering.

He used to live in Broxtowe, he was a bit of a local legend back in the 80s because he had so many. Don't know if you ever bumped into him ? Despite him being 4 miles away and me having triples since 81(?) in all that time I only ever spoke to him once

Only spoken with him online. He's head of the triples club. Lives in Florida most of the time now,I believe. He's the man for dating stuff, decals and authentication on anything triple related. Probably has forgotten more that most will ever know about the old smokers.

He's down to 27 bikes now. When he retired 5 years ago he had 126 bikes.

Makes Couchie look like an amateur.

Helped with electric advice for my H2, his single handed cornering of the triples market pushed prices way too high his bikes were always unaffordable.he had a rig for testing CDI unts with no engine attached just an electric motor plugged your units in and it told you which were ok.
