Been hauled over the coals for some 'hard passes' my first time at Oulton (inters). From island to knickerbrook I was (by my own admission) a bit quick, but if I can catch and overtake you (safely) before the braking zone, not an issue afaic! I have though been held up on several td by very quick straight line bikes, and after a lap of staring at their back tyre, I'll put it up the inside on the brakes at the slowest corner of the track. (Barn, shell, foggies/loop/goddards)
The video I saw was the approach to island, one rider went well right on the paint then cut back across and clobbered the second. Bad form!
Either she could only get on track in the wrong group, in which case, ride accordingly as I found the only time I was in novice, they're unpredictable, or she wants to be the queen of the novice group!
