Interesting. I shall have to examine the wording carefully to see if there's any mention of the "one claim for each bike" business. Wish me luck.....

I have to go through the company's - RH I assume as it's them I have the contract with - before going to the ombudsman but will give ot a try.

In fact, the payout was fine and rapidly processed so no complaints there. The problem is the knock-on effect for further cover.
