It's absolutely pissing down here, no riding this weekend... & the weather guessers are already stating next weekend will be more of the same.
On the upside, the rain washed all the pollen off my truck, which was looking like it had jaundice yesterday.

That appears to be a bridge... not an arch

It'll likely not be the sky if the forecast is to be believed, but then it's been a work of fiction for a while so who knows.

Blue shutter door, blue racking, even a few arches.
Next, your bike outside a Screwfix.

No RR arches, Screwfix or market squares here.... I'd be feeling victimized if it hadn't rained every fucking weekend for the past 5 or 6 goddamn weeks... & we're under a "severe Winter weather" warning for this weekend so I'm expecting snow (again). FFS

There are market squares in the USA, lots of Southern California and Arizona towns were started by the Spanish, get out there and ride.

Does a 'Place du Marché' count? Even if there isn't a market happening at that time?

Be a bit mean to say no to a 'place of the market'!mangocrazy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 7:01 pm Does a 'Place du Marché' count? Even if there isn't a market happening at that time?

(I bet there's loads of English market squares that don't actually have a market any more too).

Re: The riding challenge game. Pic of your bike 'somewhere'
Is there hell. We have "farmers markets" which takes place in a car park, not a *market square*. Our local one takes place in the parking lot of a winery so far from the town center it's almost in the next town.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 6:48 pm There are market squares in the USA, lots of Southern California and Arizona towns were started by the Spanish, get out there and ride.

He didn't say the market square actually has to have a market in it.
