Low odds Transit!

Win This Ford Transit Custom MS-RT!
ENTRIES ONLY £5.95

ENTER UP TO 100 TIMES PER PERSON

2020 Ford Transit Custom 320 Limited

2.0 Turbo Diesel Manual

23k Mileage

MOT: 1st November 2024

This Transit looks amazing in the red & is sure to turn heads wether that be on the roads or at jobs! Being that it has two rows of seats it’s super practical for the whole family or work team. Fancy your shot to win this one? ENTER NOW!

The Transit Custom MS-RT is one of the most visually striking vans on the road. But in this case, the beauty is more than just skin deep. If you were wondering, MS-RT is an acronym for ‘M Sport Road Technology’ who are the company deeply involved with the official Ford World Rally Championship team. You might have already noticed that the bodykit on the MS-RT more than resembles that seen on the Focus RS and Fiesta RS rally cars. The body kit has been custom moulded in MS-RT’s own factory in Wales and it matches the quality and finish of Ford’s own panels.

MS-RT don’t just take a Transit Custom and add their own body-kit though. You’ll notice the extra large rally wheels, the twin exhaust, the splitter and the spoiler, you might have also noticed the Custom MS-RT sits slightly lower to the ground, thanks to the specially commissioned suspension springs, which have less travel without compromising the Custom’s ability to transport cargo. It IS still a commercial vehicle after all.

The seats have been totally replaced with suede and leather, with contrast stitching. Each seat deeply embossed on the headrest to leave you in no doubt of the van’s rallying heritage. This is a crew van, so all 5 seats have this premium feature. Keep an eye out for the shiny chrome plate engraved with the van’s number within the limited MS-RT production run sitting proudly in the driver footwell.

For us though, the absolute best feature of the MS-RT’s interior is the utterly brilliant, chunky, flat bottomed steering wheel. It’s hard to express in words just how incredible it is, other than to say it’s the single most ergonomically tactile steering wheel we’ve ever encountered.

The best steering wheel they've ever encountered?

Truly, they do damn with faint praise.

And now for something completely different!

WIN THIS 175BHP R1-SWAPPED MINI

Here’s your chance to win this insane 175bhp R1-engined Mini for JUST 29p. Costing a reported £36,500 to build, this really is the ultimate R1-swapped Mini and we’ve never seen one built to this level of detail or standard.

Where do we start with this one… Firstly the set-up of the car: R1-engined Minis are often known to have the engine fitted in the rear but the creators of this beast wanted the ultimate set up so went through the pain-staking process of mounting the R1 engine up front whilst still keeping it rear wheel drive. They then went to town on the interior with a complete no expense spared approach. Sitting inside this Mini feels like you’re entering a race car – with a full space frame chassis, custom cage, removable MOMO race steering wheel, plus that gorgeous fully-custom steering rack, switchgear, sequential-shifter and pedal box all relocated and set back within the cabin – including those amazing race seats – to keep as much weight over the rears as possible and help with getting all that power down on the road.

Being an R1-engined Mini it also benefits from that ultra-quick sequential gearbox, as well as a reverse gear (reverse is often left out on these R1-swapped Minis), combined with that fully stripped out interior and this beast now has a power-to-weight ratio completely off the scale and can surprise almost anything it comes across on the road. The acceleration is rip-your-face off fast and it’s probably the most fun and intense driving experience we’ve had on LLF Games yet!

A bit of a different hand over this evening ...
We met Gemma from Doc Bike Devon at a bike show last year ... they provide life saving services and education to bikers around Devon and around the UK through their different Doc Bike branches.
Being a Rev Head herself, Gemma asked if there was any way we could help them to get a bike - the first bike for the Devon area.
We said yes and for the next few months Pete worked with them to get the bike sorted (some legal loopholes to jump through) ... finally it was ready to hand over to it's new owners to do some good with!
Thanks to Ocean BMW Bikes Bikes who supplied the bike at a discount
DSigns & SW PPF who sorted the livery for the bike
Shoutout to Pete who took this project on and organised everything to make it happen - a biker helping bikers ❤️
And of course thank you to @DocBike Devon for being there for bikers around Devon in their times of need (and prior through education on safety).
Well done Rev Heads - you all play your part in doing nice things like this 👏

If you want a good car buy a 911.

Every other decision is based on either boring practical limitations, silly emotional preferences or being poor.

Never been into sports cars tbh. That said, a guy I sort of knew used a 911 convertible as a daily for a good few years and it was faultless and I did take a bit of a shine to it, but never pursued owning one.

997 Turbo I reckonz.

https://www.porsche.com/usa/accessories ... 997-turbo/

It's a mark of how good the 911 Turbo is in that it gets included in benchmarking exercises across quite a wide range of vehicles.
