Or did we forget to bring it over from the old place?

Re: Has lockdown killed the Friday thread
Friday is night ride on the MTBs with my boy. It'd usually have a beer in there too.
Sat is looking likely to be wet, so i'm fairly sure it'll be riding in the garage
Sunday will be MotoGP watching mostly.
I had been harbouring some KTM 790 thoughts, i even thought about an afternoon out testing one today...

"My dear Doctor, they're all true."
"Even the lies?"

Hopefully go out on my EMTB if I feel well enough (I've been a bit poorly lately with a cough) and probably some fiddling with my scabby YPVS

Homemade saag paneer and fresh naans from the Halal shop that's opened round the corner. Online poker with some mates and a few beers.
Cooking BBQ brisket tomorrow, might make a start on building a bridge over the ditch between our garden gate and the woodlands.
Youngest is 4 in Sunday so we're having a Zoom party with the grandparents, aunts and uncles. Cake and beige tapas from the freezer.

Working on the Ducati Saturday and Sunday morning, while the missus is having a lie in. Taking the dogs for a walk. Bit of work. Bit of cooking. Maybe watch some MotoGP.

Isn't that a contradiction, who's home were they made in?derek badger wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 1:53 pm Homemade saag paneer and fresh naans from the Halal shop that's opened round the corner.
Though I've got a feeling I just worked this out for myself, the cheese is homemade and the naans are from the shop.

Same as ever, shed bothering. Same shed, different day. Repeat until dead.

Dog walking, putting up some solar led lights in the garden, some wall lights and ceiling lights in the hall and landings (assuming we finish painting the ceilings), and some other shit around the house.
I’m planning on dragging out the dog walking for as long as possible.
Oh and the car is booked in for its MOT tomorrow.

Re: Has lockdown killed the Friday thread
Dinner at my Sisters tonight.
Tomorrow, cleaning up the VW Beetle and advertising it on anywhere I can for free. Probably the same for my Scooter.
Round to my Step Dads tomorrow night to see him as he has had no visitors since lockdown.
Sunday, long walk in the woods with the dogs followed by roast dinner.
Enjoy what you do people.

Re: Has lockdown killed the Friday thread
The right tools for the job will make life much easier, plus knowing how the frets were originally installed. Some are tapped in and others slid in from the side. Basically, they need to come out the way they went in,or fretboard and more work may occur!
Dressing the fret ends without damaging neck or fretboard is like the rest of the job, time consuming and slow work.

Re: Has lockdown killed the Friday thread
I'm in working on a new dnb track.
Cooked myself a roast for dinner and ordered in Brown Stew Chicken and Beef Stew from Mama Cleo's my fav Caribbean, check it out on stapleton road here in Bristol, much recommendedededed.
Just listening to Radikal Guru's new album release now, and will be tuning into his live stream at 7 for his promotion of the album.
Then recording a new rubbadub mix on the decks, strictly vinyl, might tune inot O.B.F's live stream at 9.
Standard friday over in Clay Bottom Studios tbh!

She's happy but your right.... They've been bouncing around in the back of a yodel van since 6am. She hoping a good drink will perk them up. Drop 131 out of 182. .........⚘Yorick wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 6:39 pmShould have bought better flowersDodgy knees wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 6:37 pm E -florist just delivered my wife some roses and free chockys for our 23rd anniversary....on Sunday.
