Wait for the bit where the force ghost of Obi-wan tells him to use the force rather than the targeting computer to get his torpedoes down the reactor vent.

We went to see it at the cinema & thought it was ace, even took my Dad along so I saw it twice. Watched it last night and we couldn't believe how bad it is. Utter toss!
Must have been post-lockdown euphoria or something.

Funny enough me and Mrs. G watched it last night. I had to pause it halfway through and explain that the pilot with the moustache was Goose's son, not Goose, as he was dead, which was a pretty integral part of the plot of the first one. Suddenly she said the film was making a lot more sense.
In fairness, it had been decades since she's seen the first, and he did look quite a bit like his screen dad.

We actually watched it in the cinema and then I was drawn to watch it again on TV the other night.
Not the shittest movie ever but certainly not that good!
