Fri thread, the nearly easter actually spring one
I think it's spring now... yup, i really do.
Shorts are on, the kitchen door was open most of yesterday, the heating has been turned down and i mowed the lawn.
Fri. WFH and pick up Shockwiz from Rotec in Reading. Watching the E3 Harelbeke, MvDP against WvA. Maybe a bit of Chinese or something for tea and a beer
Sat. Forest of Dean. I'll be riding with @crust and @Weeksy08 is learning to become a MTB coach with his actual coach
Sun. Belgian Classics on Eurosport, Ghent-Wevelgem. Cavendish in with a chance? Mmmmm i doubt it

Packing up campervan today and tomorrow morning were heading off for two nights away in the campervan. A bit of a fail before we start as the 2 French bulldogs were spayed on Monday so exercise is limited and we normally enjoy the 3 mile round walk into town, but Vet said walks should be limited to 15 minutes. Still, we need to check the van is okay and everything working as we're off to Henley at Easter, and a bit of sea air and outside living will do us all good after the longest winter ever known to man!

Re: Fri thread, the nearly easter actually spring one
My weekend started yesterday with a rather rushed trip to get an earlier ferry, they are cancelled because of weather today.
I'll be hanging round Fort William shopping today, and then a leisurely drive down to Mallaig
Saturday and Sunday is Coastguard related japery and larks.
Monday is driving back north to get the ferry home.

Mostly indoors I think, there 's a lot of work gone into reviewing lost and missing persons searches and that's going to feature. Also we're mostly land based, it's the RNLI that do the watery side.
Our PPE is pleasantly good and keeps the worst of the weather out.

Well it’s grim already on the “Sarf Coast” .
It’s supposed to be the “Sunshine Coast”.

Gremlinette is back, so might take her out with her new beau tonight.
Sat - up and out to the gym, then dog walk, then crack on with this bloody bedroom and en-suite that is the bane of my life currently. Out round friends for a bit of nosebag in the evening.
Sun - more DIY.

Off to work in a mo. Physio this morning and I'm a bit worried about my shoulder but hey ho!
After work I have to do some more on a dress I should have made months ago - cos I am flying to the uk Tuesday for a wedding, and the dress is for the wedding
Driving tomorrow and Sunday, sewing evenings if I haven't done massively long days.
Then work Monday morning, packing Monday afternoon!!

Currently on hold to speak to the VAT-man!
Taking wife's car for 2 new tyres this afternoon, then she's out tonight so I have choice of TV
Lazy Saturday hopefully without decorating duties, Sunday off to see my mum and no doubt she's got a few jobs for me to do!

I'll take a photo up here when it stops chucking it down, a mixture of rain and hail.
Re: Fri thread, the nearly easter actually spring one
Today I'm WFH as usual, but in hour or so I'll be skipping off and looking at fitting my Innovv 6 to the bike.
And then hooking up both that and my TomTom Rider to the accessory connections now that my spade connectors have arrived
The rest of the weekend will involve some biking and some gardening I reckon...

Lates tomorrow, then 3 nights.
Then 3 rest days, then a week off, then 3 rest days, so 12 days off in total.
Easter and the F’s birthday the following week but we are away in the caravan, if the weather holds.
This afternoon will be spent awaiting Roland the Rat to appear so I can shoot him/her. One of the joys of country living. I’ll also be eating the jalfrezi wot I’ve just made while drinking beer brewed by my boss, very nice.
Enjoy, have fun whatever you’re up to.
Mick
