Ah. If they're taking a charge and fading quickly the trick wouldn't work so new batts is probably the thing.Taipan wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2024 11:16 amOne is an old one I nicked off my mate and the other is a snide/copy one thats a couple of years old now. The lawn mower just fades, so i figured it'll be one or both of the batteries, but its just a guess.Count Steer wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2024 11:13 amDid the old batteries fail?
(Saw a thing on IG about reviving apparently dead batteries ie charger fails to recognise battery as present).

I'm a bit late to the party on this one, but friday was the fourth anniversary of the day Isabella and I met on that rainly Sunday in Marlow, so we celebrated with a nice lazy day together and an evening laughing (and singing along ) a lot at Rob Brydon's "Night of Songs and Laughter" show in Oxford, something a bit different and a really great night, absolutely top-drawer entertainment
And it was also my mate Bikey-Tim's (who one or two on here know from trackdays) first ever race meeting this weekend, Bemsee round one at Brands , so the rest of the weekend was dominated with that- very mixed conditions and largely an unknown quantity in the bike but the it's fair to say the boy done good- second in both his races on Saturday followed up with two wins yesterday, in some cracking races that had soppy old me's eyes watering, and he's come away leading the championship, what a weekend!
