I know, it was a contributory factor to including vaping in the tobacco products directive way back in 2014, still doesn't make it right.

I see he's put more tax on tobacco....to make sure vaping still looks cheaper....logical conclusion...in 2026 cigarettes will be £50 a packet, so a few ml of vape juice at £40 is 'cheap'.
(But it's to 'protect the children'....of course...)

Must have been a Local Authority school. At an Academy it would be 'his' money.
