I looked up Michelin Star restaurants in Suffolk, there's one not far from me, but I think there are far nicer restaurants nearby.

Apparently the Unruly Pig near Woodbridge is, tbh the food was better when it was called the Cherry Tree

AFAIK it is closed in winter. Having spent a small fortune in drilling for geothermal heating, they close it when heating is needed.

If it has a dedicated and marked out swimming zone, it could do. But I was thinking of a purpose built pool rather than a stetch of natural water
