Finally I m about to change the OEM Metzler Tourance tyres - which were ok when new but have got a lot worse with wear.
The bike spends most of its time on the road - so Trail Attack 3s make sense - but the irrational side of me says TKC 70s look hip.
Avon (yeah, I know) Trailriders some highly recommended by Scrambler owners (which surprised me)
Are they all much of a muchness and just buy the ones you like the look of, or has anyone got real life experience of these ?

I ran trail attacks on my old 1190adv and they were fine in all weathers on the road. I can't imagine any of them will be any different to the others.

I've used TA2 and TA3 on my GSA and Caponord. Both good tyres, no complaints. I've got TKC70 (Rocks) on the Caponord. Only managed one ride on them before the bike was stolen. They were brilliant on the road (hot and dry conditions).

I have ordered TKC 70 (non rocks). I will report back once they are on.
Mainly because they look cool
