I've just subscribed to Discovery+, this season better be a cracker or I'm going after Toprak for my £6.99 a month back!

Just watched Race 1.

Wow, edge of the seat stuff until the pit stops.

A fine opening race. I know PI isn't typical of the WSBK season, but it was a great start. I hope the rules thing doesn't become intrusive and interfere with the racing.

If you’re talking about the pit stop that was only due to logistical problems with tyres, more a safety thing in the end up, I would not expect any more of that for the rest of the season.

If you’re talking about the weight rules etc then I reckon it will be for the good of it, if we get close edge of the seat racing then let’s go, I’m all for that, and obviously if Toprak can start sticking it to them on the beemer 💪🏻🔥

None of the Ducatis looked like they were a lot faster than the other bikes, a tiny bit maybe, but not enough to break the draft like they were last season.

I assume it's everyone else catching up rather than a massive handicap for the Ducati (although, didn't they get their rev limit lowered this year?).

I’m not sure but I’m certain I heard Toseland saying that they got 500rpm back.

Nah,it was more the daft Toprak penalty for 1/3rd of a second. That's just crap getting in the way of good racing. A blink of an eye ffs.

Yeah totally agree, rules are rules but that’s a bid daft, Toseland wasn’t impressed by it.

Moaning or answering a direct question ?
He's always been the same since the Kawasakis stopped being the best bikes.
I'm surprised you haven't reminded everyone how much faster you were than Rea when you were racing LCs

When senior team mates leave, the juniors step out of the shadows.

Lowes and Locatelli have really upped their game.

Iannone's Panigale looks great in yellow!

FFS, day one and Eurosport screw up the series linking / scheduling already.

Delayed SS race 2 knocked back WSBK race 2 and it didn't record, the sprint earlier in the day did

That’s where discovery+ is worth it, especially for watching them back.

As well as booking the racing on Eurospurt,I always book the highlights of the two days. I'd have missed the second supersport and superbike races too. I dread the times when all three series are showing on the same weekend, fuck know what I get when it comes to watching.

Anyway,it was great racing. Much enjoyed the season start.

A third of a second is enough to pass a rider in pit lane. He was just plain stupid to go under the time limit.
