Oh boy. I'm not a fan of stretched bikes, but it appears well done.

Someone has too much time and money and not enough taste. Shit brown as a colour should never be seen on a motorcycle and that back end is just plain ridiculous.

Nope.
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.
But certainty is an absurd one.

If it didn't have the stretched swingarm and brown wheels then I reckon that'd look good.

Cx650 OBRUT colour scheme, not a bad choice, but then it went downhill!
Re: 1979 Honda CB750F Custom
I don't think that swing arm is actually extended.
It's a standard FireBlade item, interesting demonstration of how the basic 2 wheels, frame and forks model has evolved regarding the geometry.
Especially when I bet the Fireblade has a shorter wheelbase than the CB, the pivot point has moved forward a great deal over time,

Re: 1979 Honda CB750F Custom
I think you're right. Modern supersports bikes like the Fireblade have stacked gearboxes precisely so they can run long swingarms. Also engines are pushed as far forward as possible to get more weight on the front. Engines have shrunk and been pushed forwards, swingarms have been extended.

Continuing the stripes, linking to those under the seat, would help.
Or ending the tank stripes away from the lower end - where they draw attention to the missing panel.
