Not the ONLY reason.

Another reason could be because the alternatives to him look even worse.

Stated quite clearly in the report that was the sole reason.

The Hurr report, 349 pages in total and the gutter press has focussed on one paragraph, which it then refers to throughout. Because that sells the news!!

There are many, many more reasons why Hurr has stated that Biden won't be prosecuted and even the bit that you refer to actually says, and I quote

" We have also considered that at trial Mr Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well meaning, elderly man, with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with, and with our observations of him, he is someone whom may jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It will be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him - by then a former President well into his eighties- of a serious felony that requires a mental state of wilfulness"

So that implies that he'd use that as a defence, no different from any other older person in court.

But you can ignore the other 348 pages of reasons why he won't be prosecuted if you want to, and if it doesn't fit the narrative. ;)

Interesting article here on why Biden isn't being prosecuted for having classified docs whereas Trump is*.

https://apnews.com/article/classified-d ... 665f108f7a

*Alleged reasons. We all know the real reason is Biden has the support of Big Chicken and the Boy Scouts of America, who pull all the strings in the background.

That alone disqualifies him from holding office. 25th Amendment. & he wasn't in his 80's when he originally committed the felonies.

Biden's defense:
"“During our interview of him, Mr. Biden was emphatic, declaring that his notebooks are ‘my property’ and that ‘every president before me has done the exact same thing,’ that is, kept handwritten classified materials after leaving office,” the report said."

Except he wasn't President, so that doesn't apply.

Which section of the 25th Amendment? Section 4, I'm assuming? Which needs a 2/3rds majority in both the senate and congress to decide that he's not up to it. It's a bigger majority than impeachment requires, so unless it was blatantly a serious medical condition, would'nt get anywhere near being passed.

If it did, then you'd need to welcome to President Harris to office.

Ask Pelosi, she was the one who was all for it under Trump "for use against future Presidents"

The people who claim the Special Counsel was unfair to Biden, they need to request the transcript be released... & Biden's lawyer already came out against that.

Biden managed to get the names of the King & Queen of Jordan wrong today, appeared to call him Obama at one point...Then made a complete arse of the speech he was (obviously cold) reading. & the King speaks better English than Biden.
Yesterday he banged his head on the door frame stepping off a helicopter.

He also seems to think we have a vote in the USA election. Like him, we don't.

True in the strict sense but somewhat glossing over a few things. You'd impeach first and then indict, the threat of that has been present multiple times in the past 50 years and it'd be a bit daft to say it's not possible.
