Pissed blood. Quite a bit of it.

Maybe humping around the shower tray and associated crap yesterday wasn't such a good idea.

I'm going to give sitting and doing sod all a go, lest my meat and two veg falls off. I am thoroughly fucked off.

Time to start the box sets. Sopranos first. A few healthy snacks washed down with cranberry juice.

I've had a weirdly chilled morning. I soooooo wanted to ski tour or even just ski for half an hour, but the physio said no on monday and that no was for a few days :( :( So I've been good :o :o

Did see the physio this morning and that was a laugh and a half!! LOL I'm not overly happy taking my clothes off in front of anyone, even a physio, and he's hot, so even more not happy! Worse, cos it's a back issue, I've had to take my trousers off for him to work on my very lower back :( (Kinda got used to taking my top off over the last 5 years!!)

But, at least we are pretty good friends after the last few years, so when he's basically putting bruises on my lower back with his thumbs, we had some laughs about me not having to explain the bruises to anyone, and maybe the thumb could be better used to create no pain

I'm sure if anyone could overhear us they'd seriously worry about professionalism (on his side!) but it's honestly just laughs! LOL (And, I'm probably the same age as his mother :( ). But we do laugh a lot and that good :D

Then met some friends for coffee that turned into a sandwich lunch before they went skiing :D

Waiting for a lift to go down the mountain, had hoped to go shopping, but that isn't happening as no time, but at least we will go to the pasty shop :D :D

Dinner out tonight - not remotely romantic tho

Very boring afternoon in the NCI lookout. Nothing to see, and if there was I wouldn't see it. Visibility varies, from 500 yards to 2 miles tops. AIS shows nothing floating closer than about 25 miles.

This morning up not too early at 7.10am. Took prayers at church. Spoke with the roofer who is giving us a quote to fix the roof. I was then off to my other church to take the 10.30am Ash Wednesday service. Lent begins.

After the service I spend time with an elderly mum whose son is having an emergency heart operation this afternoon. Spoke with a young mum with two children whose father has walked out on her, taking the fridge/freezer and ancillary items from the house, including the bed and so on. My wife and I are giving her a spare fridge we have and the church sorted out food etc from our small food bank. She is trying to get Universal Credit sorted quickly.

About to head up the road to get a replacement microwave for the one we have that has cooked itself, the lining is all falling off. Then to fix a friends printer that is having a hissy fit. Back home to take the second Ash Wednesday service at 7pm in my big church.

Left the railway in the same state as it was handed to me last night (which is unusual, with my “luck” NR should really pay me to stay at home).

Slept a very disjointed and strange dreams 6 hours and now sitting on the sofa feeling like a zombie.

Is that one of the little huts sitting on the cliff top with large binoculars (I think there’s one at Boscastle?) Where do you do that ?

Yes, my hut is near Charlestown on the south coast. A very quiet and misty south coast.
