I'd just put them back after changing the CCTV cameras under the eaves... hence freeing up an older camera for the garage :)

Asked for a £5k raise, a £5k bonus and an extra 5 days annual leave.
I reckon I've got a snowballs chance in hell, but if you don't chance your arm you never know.

That's after the image size has been reduced so it can be attached to the forum. The original is pretty good. The new cameras have twice the resolution.

Works pretty well in the dark too.

PoE IP cameras.

The NVR is in the TV unit, the ethernet cables come through the holes where the sky co-ax used to come through.

PoE cameras are a bit more expensive than the co-ax ones, but they don't need a separate power supply. I'm also a dab hand at terminating ethernet.

Got a 6am alarm call....from a pheasant in the garden. :(

He's still making a racket.

What with the deer, this place is turning into a Pound Shop safari park. :wtf:

Many. V plump and healthy they are too. Ditto the squirrels. 🥧 <---- that was a steaming, crusty pie before I pressed submit!!

The pheasant into the deer obviously, but would you stuff the pigeon into the squirrel or vice versa?

Squirrel casserole, pigeon pie and the venison (apart from the prime cuts) in game casserole (with the pheasant) and mince for spag bol, Shepherd's/Cottage pie.

Since doing dry January, I've carried that on with no drinking on school nights. This morning i rediscovered hang overs.

It’s what I’m thinking of doing today. Within 1/2 mile of our house there are 3 cabbage/cauliflower fields being cut, and I’m sure there is more “field” in the road at the mo than in the fields. I’ve been out a few times in the last week, and this is the result. Trouble is, if I clean the bike, …..

What IS the point? 🙄

Had an amazing 4 hour enduro on my new bike :obscene-birdiedoublered:

Don't get excited, just feels like a new bike. It's always been fantastic, but because I can't stand up, I take the hits through my arms and backside.
At times here the land is so hard it's punishing. Hundreds of hits per minute.
I've had the sussers breathed on and I assumed that's as good as it gets.

But last week I rode my pal's identical GasGas and his was amazing even though it's 100% original.

We couldn't work out the difference until he mentioned that he runs tyres at 4 PSI coz he runs the Tubeliss system.
Wooooo.

Dropped mine from the usual 12/14 PSI that I've been running on all my bikes for last 8 years like everyone else.
8 PSI now

Wow. Like a new bike. Like riding on air and it handles the lava and rock fields much better. The tyres take the initial hit then suspension takes over.

I'm gobsmacked. Didn't want the ride to end.

Folk who stand up don't have the same issue.

Was looking for a mastic gun in the shed-of-plenty and found a sports screen for a mk1/2 Tmax and a pair of good condition blue spot callipers. They’ll be hitting FB marketplace in the coming weeks!

Dispatched me three mice.
After seeing the size of them its no wonder they didn't set off the Fenn traps, but it does make me wonder how they manage to make so much sodding noise in the loft for their size

Has the shed of plenty replaced the loft of plenty,or do they run in tandem.

Inquiring minds need to know.
