I'm quite tempted by the himy at £3800 brand new, if only I had £3800 and somewhere to put it.
The £5k Inty looks a bargain too.

I'm tempted by a Himalayan too. That does sound like a great price.
Sadly I also have no-where to put one either, other than under a cover.

Some of the 650s for 5k sounds a good deal. Don't know how their sales have been going, maybe not that well.

Re: Cheap(er) Royal Enfields
The new Himy is out, so assume that's the reason to sell off the air-cooled one cheap.
The Classic 350 is relatively new and the 650's have always been good sellers, I can only assume there some big model updates due soon and they want rid of the older stock.

I assume that they'll roll out the new engine across the range pretty soon.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2024 10:58 am The new Himy is out, so assume that's the reason to sell off the air-cooled one cheap.

Re: Cheap(er) Royal Enfields
I think one of the reasons they're being discounted is because the importer fell out with RE,lost the contract,so to make things difficult for RE they're flogging their stock at discount

Re: Cheap(er) Royal Enfields
What would make sense, so MotoGB aren't the official importer any longer?

Re: Cheap(er) Royal Enfields
They fell out with RE last year & soon after the Himalayan's were getting reduced.I thought maybe it's because the new Himalayan is on it's way,but the other month one of my mate's who's had a couple of RE's & talks to the sales rep said they're discounting them to spite RE.
Seems like the Cowboys have fell out with the Indians

Re: Cheap(er) Royal Enfields
RE Spain are selling the 411's for €3995, a bit less than I paid for my one in 2019. They have always sold through their own dealer network, not via a distributer like MotoGB.
I test rode a 452 on Friday. Liked it as it still had the same feel as my 411, but with lots more power and torque. Even looks similar, no bad thing in my eyes, but with noticeably better components. Saying that, my 20,000 mile 411 still in good condition, bar a few scratches from off road drops, and nothing has ever broken.
Placed a deposit on a Hanle Black, price €6,187 (around £5,300) including a years full cover insurance. Delivery will be in a few weeks, all being well.
