Re: What have you done today thread?
We have a new bike rack for the back of the car but MrsM’s Levo of doom likes to rotate its front wheel out of its clamp no matter how hard you clamped it in so on the old rack I’d bought a Fiamm extra brace which did the job.
The new rack is a different shape so ordered the next size up brace which was miles too long. Fiamm do an adjustable length clamp but at £42 & postage I thought I’d try modifying the too long clamp. I spent a couple of hours measuring and trimming the bracket tube down, carefully extracting the old clamp out of the redundant bit of tube (lots of dremel action) before fitting it to the revised arm. Jobs a good’un.

2 bloody hours weeding. I hate it, but looks good when finished. Filled 2 wheelbarrow loads.

Most (of what's on sale here) are fine once dried. Shouldn't be a problem for you!

I'm happy to use some, but management has other ideas. But she does the weeding normally

Rather appropriate when Yozzer has weeds growing up through volcanic 'soil'.
