I'll stop short of running a sweepstake, but I'd wager Chaz has bladder cancer. Having had the same treatment for a mahoosive prostate recently, one of the joys is to have a camera put in your bladder to have a look around. Was actually quite interesting to watch....

My mum has had bladder cancer and she's still here knocking up roast dinners, and as she put it, if you had to put your hand into a tombola of cancers and got 'Bladder', you'll have picked a good 'un.
