What's wrong with that?
Nothing, it's just it's usually large capacity tourers you see for sale with that kind of miles (and mainly Hondas and BMW's), not Yamaha shopping bikes.
At my mates house for a beer or 8 and his 1290 Super Adventure has just clocked 142k
Used year round? My experience of year round biking is that the mechanicals are fine if looked after, it's the verdigris on the wiring that kills them.

Yeah he's been riding Colchester to either Hackney or Green Park in London all work days, all weather's. He finished his last London commute Friday and it's currently properly salt slathered

Come on. Seriously, an orange oil filler and blue hoses! Is there no sense of style anymore?

No mention of the massive filter stuck on the back?

I'd assume it's the engine breather, but they usually have tiny little filters on them?

This one isn't as horrid as it could be, but I've got a full house on my ebay bollocks bingo card, all the correct phrases, the incorrect spellings and even cropping half the bike out of the pictures!

What's the filter foam on the handlebars? Anyone have an idea, because I haven't a clue?

Stranger still, it's a 'caged sock filter' for a Weber carb.

I've got a ZRX11 in the garage, but I'd really like one of those new Z900RS'... maybe there's something I can do?

:D There's something quite sweet about that, quite what they were trying to achieve I dunno :eh: but they've put a bit of effort in.

Has Bellwood moved into his pipe and slippers phase? Beige on a bike is just wrong...
