I can't think of retro bimbler that would be better than my Bullet
There's lot of sportsbikes better on paper than my GSXR1100.

I concur. But I'd want the fancy forged wheels that are available as an extra in lieu of the standard cast ones. Dealer near me has a Factory version in black with Gold wheels up for that price right now... Brand new, pre-reg... Whilst I'd agree that Termi's are incredibly overpriced for what they are, the markup is NOWHERE NEAR 90%... Not a clue where you got that figure from!
I know people who work at local Ducati dealerships to me quite well, I know where they make their margins and whilst there's decent margin in a Termi exhaust compared to a new bike sale, it's in the region of 30-35% markup for the dealer, but they are expected to include the fitting for free in that price usually though too...

Joking aside, the only bike I've owned in years that I genuinely haven't been able to find fault with (well, not significant enough for me to want to change it anyway), is my 1290 Super Adventure...
For sure, it's a big bike, but once you're moving the old adage of it shrinking around you couldn't be more true.
I appreciate that Adventure Bikes are almost universally despised on this forum (by people who have never ridden them), but for 95% of my riding on the road it's the most appropriate bike. In fact, I've done a track day on mine, I've toured 2 up on it, I've done big days out all over the place, short blasts with mates. You name it... It is never the wrong bike. For sure, there's always something that might be an even better tool for that specific job, but nothing quite so good at all of them IMO. And I include the BMW GS in that, as having owned one, as capable as they are, they are incredibly dull! The 1290SAS will do the dull and boring stuff very nearly as capably as the GS will, but it can also play the hooligan very nearly as well as a Superduke R too! Better economy on the KTM than the GS (yes, really!) and a 3L bigger tank mean real world 220-250mile tank range too...
Mine's nearly 3yrs old and done just shy of 10k miles now, it's probably worth all of £10k if I sold it privately, £9k as a trade in. A new one is £16,599 right now which is a lot of cash, but there's £2k off from KTM UK at the moment (believe the deal ends in the new year, I might be wrong) taking it down to £14599 officially, but I know people who've done deals on them for £15k flat with the tech pack and heated grips fitted too...
If mine was written off or stolen tomorrow, I'd go out and buy another with the insurance cheque, which is probably the first time I've ever been able to say that about a bike I've owned...
