Before you get rid of the full system can you let me know as my eldest has a bog standard 2020 636 and has been making noises about changing the exhaust

It’ll be coming off, it’s been on less than 300 miles tbh and it’ll be cheap 👍

Any plans for bolting bits on / taking bits off, or will you just whack better tyres on it and go?
I’ll put standard exhaust on and lose the full system which looks rubbish tbh. Then it’s brake fluid, pads and sticky tyres. Doesn’t need anything else for me for track use. It’s got a standard QS which is all I would have added if it hadn’t. My last one on track was standard and it out performed me no problem.
Only decision is which tyres, easy choice is supercorsas so prob won’t overthink it, a rear would last me 3-4 days and the front double that. I do wonder how something like a sportsmart TT would do though as no warmers needed and would work on the road too.
I'm a fan of the Sportsmart TTs- first used them on my H2, and have had 2 or 3 sets on the ZX6.
Never bothered with warmers , I suspect that Supercorsas are possibly ultimately a faster track tyre, but the TTs were plenty sticky enough for me at my pace on TDs, really predictable and last at least double what a Supercorsa did for me

First ride for an hour. Haven’t ridden a sports one in road for years. Been on adv bikes for a fair while.
But forgot just how good a 600 is, no aches or pains but then I’ve been riding MTB for the past 5 years so maybe the increased fitness helps. Mirrors work and it’s effortless to ride, plenty of midrange and feels so light. Quick shifter is really smooth. Full system isn’t quiet enough but it was going anyway. I’d forgot how good a light sweet handling bike feels 😁
