I had one. 300 quid run around with an MOT. Ran it till the MOT ran out then taught the step kids how to drive and rally round the farmers field. It was worth £50 scrap at the time and a guy at the wifes work offered us 100 so that went towards a nice Rover 400 estate.

One of the strange things with the Mighty Duster is the Traction Control.
When we're going up/over tricky stuff, the TC and diff locks work a treat.

But on sand and slippery climbs, it holds the car back. I Googled and it's better to turn it off and let wheels spin a bit rather than the brakes stopping the wheels spinning.

It's great in deep sand with wheels spinning just a bit. Full boot and it just goes

I dislike the VW T6 a lot, but the most hated thing on it from the first time I drove it in snow is the TC. When I first used one there was no off button for it. I believe now there is. I still hate them cos the TC makes them undriveable here in winter (IMO!!)
