Oswald tried shooting someone before. He missed someone sitting still inside a house from 100 feet away but he can suddenly shoot someone in a moving car, in the head from a couple of hundred yards?

Either he's the luckiest shot of all time or someone who knew what they were doing did the shooting instead.
