Any Car Sparks?

Post by Yorick »

Like a pillock the trailer light connector got pulled apart. Was quite tight as a bit short.
5 wires come from the car. But only 4 wires in the block which feeds to both sides.
Any idea where to start? I have no idea about lecce

Can I do damage by joining wrong wires?

TIA

Who'd have thought @weeksy would be a leccy genius :D

Gave me a starting point then pulled the lights apart to see the wires. No colours matched on the lights, but I knew what came from car.

Gonna do a proper job tmrw. Plenty of daylight to go, but gonna buy new cable tmrw and do it all properly.

I've killed a few trailer fittings previously leaving them disconnected by mistake and then dragging on the road for 50 miles, so needed to replace
