Remember the time the UUP and Tories got together and became UCUNF?

As I've said loads of times, you get the politicians you deserve. If you think they're cunts and you don't wanna "take part" then they can treat you in mutual fashion

Re: Vote!
I voted Farage in the poll, lbut obvs cant vote for him in real life. If the Tories oust Sunak and put BVraveman in, i'd probably vote Tory, otherwise i'll probably drop a protest vote in for Reform UK?
If Labour had a reshuffle and kicked out the virtue signalling 2, they might get my vote but that wont happen. Quite HTF Labour thought putting SKS in after Corbyn was a good move is beyond me. At least Rayner is a bit more working class, but I'd be embarrassed at that gobby cow representing us on the world stage. It would never surprise me to see a photo of her in her PJs buying a plastic 2ltr bottle of cider in ASDA!

I don't actually know what any of their policies are. I did have a quick look, but I'm not that much the wiser.

Corrosion of Conformity got it for me this time

Re: Vote!
I'm a lifelong Labour voter, sadly I've often voted for them not because I thought they'd do the right thing, but they'd do less damage than the alternative. The fact that utter wanker Cameron managed to cause economic chaos to the country is back in Downing st sums up the current crop of chancers.
Politics is broken in this country & needs reofming from top to bottom, but that won't happen as those in power won't loosen their grip.
Could be even worse though, imagine being under the Russian regime

But thy typical Russian on the street thinks Putin can do no wrong. Those who remember what things were like before thinks he's done a great deal for them. It's only Russian students and the social media generation think he's an evil dictator.

Re: Vote!
I'd vote for whoever promised to fix the roads in East Anglia, sadly it's my biggest issue with the Government (councils are part of the Government as far as I'm concerned)
Other issues that could win my vote, nationilising critical national infrastructure would win my vote, getting rid of student debt would win my vote, giving preferential treatment to minorities would lose my vote

I'm going to vote for Brian Bilston. I particularly like the final verse.
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.
But certainty is an absurd one.

Re: Vote!
Did anyone see the Nadine Dorries interview on BBC breakfast last week where she basically stated that we are all controlled by a small group of Evil people and your vote means nothing?
Here is it:
I shall not be voting for any of the shit on offer and instead shall be drawing a large cannabis leaf on my ballot paper.
