The outcome of both has not been settled because as far as I know they haven't found anyone to prosecute, but I DID NOT make those stories up as you claimed.

I've noticed that a feature of your posts is that you dump a mass of text in a response and expect that to somehow prove your point. It doesn't. For a start you need to point out the relevant parts of the text (especially when the text is as long as the one you posted) and then apply it to the other person's comments. You did neither.
