Has it been shut down. All i get is a Wikipedia and Twitter hit

It started well but recently I gave up as it rarely helped.
Hopefully it helped reduce the number of websites trying to fool search engines

Most of those paywalls have info readily available for free on other sites, adverts don't bother me but gaming search engines does.

Most of those paywalls have info readily available for free on other sites, adverts don't bother me but gaming search engines does.
Is it 'gaming'? Or a logical approach in trying to stay in business?
