I have never watched any of the animated stuff. I did read the Heir to the Empire stuff when it came out in the 90s (the first and last Star Wars books I've read). It's all a bit confusing, AFAIK Thrawn et al are non cannon? I don't fucking know, I probably shouldn't have watched Ahsoka

Anyway, I was generally distracted trying to figure out where i knew Thrawn from. Blue skin made it difficult but I got it in the end!

He's the politician guy (Troels Hartman?) in series two of The Killing.
Did you spot Wes Chatham from The Expanse? Played Amos Burton in The Expanse but the gold faced stormtrooper in this.
Nope, missed that!

Mob Land. One of the better versions of this type of film, but predictable of course...

The Continental
Decidedly slightly better than average, but a whole heap more enjoyable than John Wick 4

Considering we didn't see his face and his voice was altered, it's no wonder Ming missed him. Was wasted in this as well, looked cool but did nothing. I'm hoping he gets to do more in the second season (if there is one) or he'll just end up being another Captain Phasma.

I've never watched any of the John Wick stuff. As a Keeanu Reeves fan, maybe I'm missing out!!!

Yeah, I was basically pointing out be was in it, not that the part be played was any good.
To my eyes it seems like they've set him up for more of a part later on.
His actual part was pretty bollocks though.

I've generally thought of Kidman as being a bit "Meh" but then I watched Dogville and although its a very different film I really enjoyed it, well worth a watch.

Well, she can act (see The Hours, just ignore the prosthetic nose) but seems to find herself in lots of films where acting isn't strictly necessary. She's not alone in that though.

John Wick 4 - OK but really needs to be 90-100 minutes, not the 3 hours it actually is!

The Burial. If i didn't know it was a true story, I'd say it was based on a John Grisham novel. Enjoyable film if you like the typical courtroom dramas...

Normally if I see Jason Statham is in something I know its not for me, but this had Aubrey Plaza in it, so I stuck with it. Not sure even she was worth it...
