Tried to book a couple of place on a CS30 (maintenance & cross cutting) chainsaw course.
Either everyone and his wife is at it or they're all saying 'full' as an excuse to social distance

Staying 6ft away from someone when they’re waving a chainsaw about probably isn’t the worst idea anyway.MrLongbeard wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 10:30 pm Tried to book a couple of place on a CS30 (maintenance & cross cutting) chainsaw course.

Took the bike out yesterday for probably the last time this year.
The roads were slippery and covered in mud dragged out from the fields by tractors.
I don’t mind being an all year round biker but it’s gotta be fun going out and a hulking beast like a Sprint GT isn’t the bike for B roads in winter.

Went to see the physio following surgery on my hand. She's a bit of nutter, half the appointment was physio then she got the tarot cards out and predicted my future. Apparently my future looks good.

Survived another round of redundancies of 20% of the workforce. Tomorrow will be interesting as I find out who else has disappeared, already had most of my meetings cancelled.

He had a massive strop when people didn't vote Labour and said he wasn't coming back, iirc.
He'll not be happy about what's happening to St Corbyn.

I recall him saying he was only going to be on Faceache, don’t know why but it may have been to do with his illness.

Even though there are no longer any weans in our house (me excepted) Mrs.Skub still insists I carve a bloody pumpkin or two.

Apple one is great!
Ditto no kids in residence, but Filly has just done the carving and it's now outside for the local kids.

Same as I did on Oct 12th... Bought more underoos. I'm all set now, a total of 20 new un's... 8 on the 12th, 12 today. All rather spiffy looking. Now I can throw out the old ones

The missus surrpised me with a trip over to La Graciosa which is a small island off the north coast of our island. No proper roads and probably only about a hundred cars. Half them were Land Rover Defenders used as taxis and tour buses.

Hopefully I've fixed the weeping head gasket on my Enfield...
...if not the head will have to come off completely and a new MLS gasket fitted.
